How do i get my music after I bought ?
- When you go to CHECKOUT you have to fill a form. This form also contains your e-mail address. This address is used to send the download link. So it is very important to insert the correct e-mail address. The download link will bring you to your personal download page. On this page will have the possibility to download your selection in one ZIP file or to download each song seperatly. Your personal download page stays active till 24 hours after the purchase, this means that you have to download your music within this 24 hours.
How secure is my payment ?
- From the moment you go to the CHECKOUT pages you are connected over SSL (secured socket layer). This means that the transfer of your personal DATA is totally secured. From the moment you have to enter your BANK DATA or Creditcard number you are connected to a secured connection with BIBIT ( an International internet BANK ).

fruityCREDITS:
- fruityCREDITS are credits used on our website as payment. Once you reveived the fruityCREDITS you can use them as money in our download store. The advantage is that you don't have to pay any transaction fees when you buy music with fruityCREDITS. This is also a safe, fast and cheap way of buying in our download Shop.
Mobileclips:
- Mobile clips are videoclips to download to your mobile phone. Attention you will not receive the FULL videoclip because the mobile phone operators don't support this at the moment. You will receive a 30 second videoclip if you have a WAP compatible phone that support video.

3. Payment methods

Creditcard: You can use creditcard over SSL connection this has a transaction fee of 0.50 € per transaction
SMS: You can use SMS as payment for maximum 3 songs. The operator cost is 1.50 € per song. You will receive a number of SMS-es after the purchase.
fruityCREDITS: You can use the fruityCREDITS ( after you transfered the money you will receive a mail of activation and the instructions how to use the credits in the shop. This has no transaction fee if you buy music with fruityCREDITS.
